Terms and Conditions for Product and Service Sales

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your purchase and use of the products and services provided by In2itive Biz Solutions LLC ("Company"). By purchasing or using any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. No Refunds After 1 Week

Once a purchase has been made, you have a period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund. After this period, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions for any of our services, including but not limited to digital marketing, website management, SEO, ads management, social media management, and CRM services, may be cancelled at any time. However, no partial refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period. Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Product and Service Scope

You will receive only the specific product or service that you have paid for, as outlined in the agreement at the time of purchase. No additional services or products will be provided without additional payment. Any request for services outside the scope of the original agreement will require a new contract and payment.

4. Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided or developed during the course of our services, including but not limited to designs, strategies, reports, and digital assets, remain the property of In2itive Biz Solutions LLC until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you will receive the right to use these materials as agreed upon in your service contract.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all information, strategies, and data shared during the course of the service confidential. This includes proprietary business information, client lists, marketing strategies, and any other sensitive information.

7. Limitation of Liability

In2itive Biz Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to or use of the services provided.

8. Modifications to Services and Terms

In2itive Biz Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions, and notices under which the products and services are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of our services. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly.

9. Termination of Services

In2itive Biz Solutions LLC reserves the right to terminate services for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions or non-payment. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.

10. Force Majeure

In2itive Biz Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and In2itive Biz Solutions LLC with respect to the products and services provided. It supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter hereof.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
